New Pastor for Browning church

The Browning Four Winds Assembly of God has been without a pastor since Pastor Butterfly retired. Pastors from around the state have been filling in during this time.

The good news is that Pastor Joel Cornelius will become the Senior Pastor June 1st 2010. Pastor Joel is a native pastor that has serviced in Montana for many years. Pastor Joel is currently serving in Seattle Washington area. This will be the perfect fit for Pastor Joel and the Browning church.

The problem we are having now is to get housing for Pastor Joel and his family before they arrive at the church. A 16x76-trailer house will be setup behind the church along with a garage and privacy fence. We have to get the septic system, water line, gas line, and electrical service in place before the trailer house can be set in place. The weather has made it hard to get the work done in order to have it ready for Joel and his family. We are putting it into Gods hands to let his will be done on this matter. Pray for this church and the people within that there will be a mighty move of God that will reach the people of Browning and the Blackfeet Reservation.

Indain Youth Camp 2009

What a great time we had at camp this year. The weather was great with sunshine every day. There were 170 to 180 kids this year from most all of the Reservations in Montana. There was more staff this year than ever has been. The staff comes from all over the United States to work with the kids.

The kids come to camp for many different reasons. The camp provides many activities to entertain and challenge them, physically and spiritually. Many of the kids except Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savor during the four day at camp, this year it was very evident that the camp is working and lives are being changed. The worship services were powerful with kids reaching out to God. Praise the Lord
